Quality Control
The Quality Department is responsible for quality planning of the company's products and is fully responsible for the company's quality management work. Develop and implement inspection standards for work in progress, outsourced products, and finished products; The development and application of statistical techniques, as well as the statistics and analysis of various quality record data. Analysis of production quality control capabilities and improvement of quality anomalies; Control customer complaints and returns, investigate the reasons, analyze and take improvement measures accordingly; Establishing and implementing preventive measures for non-conforming products; Responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and completeness of various reports, inspections, records, quality archives, information, and original records and vouchers.
