2. Central control unit: Using programmable central control, multiple sizes (up to 60 modes) can be set in the coaxial system to automatically switch cutting at once, achieving unmanned operation and automatic completion.
3. Operation panel part: The operation interface adopts an LCD touch screen of 10.4 hours, which can directly set various cutting conditions and operating conditions on the screen.
4. Motor control system: The central control system is a PLC programmable controller, which can set multiple sizes in the coaxial line. The computer automatically adjusts the cutting width during cutting.
5. Roll cutting positioning system: controlled by Japanese and European series servo motors, high-precision imported ball screws for size positioning and linear slide rails for carrying the knife holder, with precise and smooth positioning actions.
6. Feed positioning system: Using Japanese and European series servo motors to control the feed method, it can simulate a three stage speed feed and coil cutting, improving efficiency and achieving better quality.
7. Automatic angle adjustment of circular knives: Use servo motors from Japanese and European series brands to calculate the angle rotation of circular knives, and make different angle changes according to different materials (angle adjustment range: 8 °). When the cutting plane is poor, the cutting angle can be directly changed, reducing the number of tool changes and avoiding the trouble of manual angle adjustment, greatly improving production efficiency.
8. A human-machine manual control box has been added, which combines manual and automatic operation, making it very suitable for cutting products of different materials. It can be adjusted in front, back, left, and right directions, with precise positioning control. The cutting surface is flat and smooth.
