Coating tape machine
Coating tape machine is a machine equipment used for producing tape or similar tape products.
Product Introduction:
Due to the performance differences of different types of tape products, there are also many types of tape machines. The structure and configuration of tape machines often vary greatly depending on the substrate of the tape, the properties of the coating fluid, and the processing requirements. The production process of adhesive tape is to apply adhesive (coating liquid) onto the substrate, so it is commonly referred to as a coating machine in the industry.
Components
coating
The key to the coating (system) processing technology is the coating method. There are hundreds of different coating methods applied in various fields, indicating that each coating method has its own scope of application, and the optimal coating method can only be selected based on the characteristics and requirements of various products. Therefore, claiming that a device can produce any product is irresponsible and even deceptive
Coating classification
The coating methods are divided into four types based on the type of coating quantity control:
1. Self metering coating, such as impregnation coating and forward and reverse roller coating.
2. Measurement modification coating, such as scraper, air knife, and measurement roller coating.
3. Expected quantity of coating, such as seam coating, slope flow coating, and curtain coating.
4. Mixed coating, which means mixing various coating methods for use
operational principle
The work of the tape machine is divided into three parts, namely the tail printing and coating parts, the oven part, and the head winding part. In order to produce better products, each of the three parts has different process divisions.
printing
Place the roll to be printed on the unwinding roller and start the machine. By driving the corresponding mechanism to rotate through a transmission device, gravure printing is achieved by laminating the printing plate roller and the printing rubber roller. Then, it is naturally dried or heated for drying, and the winding roller is wound to complete the printing function.
coating
Place the substrate to be coated on the unwinding roller, start the machine, and drive the corresponding mechanism through the transmission device.
oven
After the coating is completed, the water content is dried to achieve the expected dry finished product effect. The electric, coal, and gas three drying integrated hot air circulation is adopted, which is energy-saving and insulation
Head winding section
Adopting electronic temperature control, infinitely variable speed, automatic counting, automatic correction, gravure printing, advanced infrared heating, cooling and re pressing, and other high-tech technologies. The production processes of material collection, printing, coating, drying, hot air circulation, traction, slitting, and winding are completed in one machine
